Shop online and pick up your items at a location  convenient to you with Click and Collect. Simply place your  order, choose a pickup point, and collect your purchases at  your convenience

How to Utilize Click & Collect?

Let's break it down to easy steps

  1. Add to Cart: Begin by selecting the items you wish to  purchase and adding them to your cart.
  2. Checkout: Proceed to the checkout page to finalise  your order.
  3. Select Click and Collect: During checkout, opt for the  Click and Collect option.
  4. Choose Pickup Location: Next, choose your preferred  pickup location from our list of available stores or utilise  the map view feature.
  5. Review and Pay: Take a moment to review your order  details and complete the payment process.
  6. Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you'll  receive an email.
  7. Pickup: When your order is ready, simply head to the  selected collection point with a copy of your invoice and  your Emirates ID to collect your items.

Terms and Condition

  1. Customers have the option to pick up decor and accessories items from the stores, while furniture items can only be collected from our warehouse in Sajja.
  2. We conduct a thorough quality check before sending items to the stores. We advise customers to inspect their items upon collection to avoid any inconvenience regarding returns or exchanges
  3. Any requests for returns, exchanges, or changes due to a change of mind will require cancelling the current order and placing a new one for the desired item.
  4. When collecting items, our store or warehouse team will require a copy of the invoice and your ID proof for documentation purposes. Please ensure to bring these  documents along for a smooth pickup process.
  5. Customers will receive an email notification when their items are available for collection at the selected location. We kindly ask customers to collect their items within 7 days of receiving this notification. After this period, items will be returned to the warehouse, and alternative arrangements may need to be made, including collection from the Sajja warehouse or payment of delivery charges for a new delivery attempt.
