Colours

The colours of products shown on the website depend on many factors - including display settings used on the site; products shape and sizes. It may appear different in reality than the screen. We provide dimensions and measurements with the descriptions of products, it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each product fits your purpose.

Photos on the website are for illustration purposes only, in order to obtain an accurate description of any product and its details you should read the product description listed.

All Products

All products depend on their availability in stock, which means the inability to meet your order in case of its absence. Products shown for sale are prone to be stopped from sale either online or in stores at any time. It is our responsibility, in such cases, to pay you back any amount you have paid for products you did not receive;

Promotion Offers & Products

Promotion offers and products on the 2XL Home website may not be all available in stores and vice versa.

Our product prices on our website are the same as those listed in our catalogue and in our stores. Sometimes, you may find a difference in price, when there are different promotions in stores or on our website

2XL Home assumes the validity of the information provided by the customer; the customer in return is held responsible for the accuracy of his personal information and data required to complete the purchase. The customer assumes responsibility in case he provides any incorrect information. 2XL Home shall not be responsible if otherwise happens.

Available Services

We have the right at any time to modify, stop selling, stop services, sell any of our products, stop online shopping temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice. In case our service stops after payment, we shall refund you, in accordance with the return policy- refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure confidentiality of your login and password, and all other data related to your account at all times. You agree to notify us as soon as you know about any suspected or presence of any risk to the security of your account.

The eligibility to order and purchase our products

Unless you are 18 years old or older you may not purchase from 2XL Home. The delivery address must be in the United Arab Emirates. You should provide a valid email, a cell phone number that you can be contacted through easily.

Although we sell children’s products, they must be purchased by adults only; All products sold by the 2XL Home website are for personal use only; none of these products is authorized for commercial or industrial use unless it is explicitly stated.

Prices

AED 500 & Above - All items ordered delivered will be free of charge

AED 499 & Below - Flat charge of AED 99 will be charged for all areas across the UAE.

The price that you paid for your products is the price of the 2XL Home website when you ordered your purchase; unless these terms and conditions stated otherwise.

Product Availability

Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock on the 2XL Home website and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, errors may occur. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery & Assembly

The delivery schedule will depend on the item and the time when you placed the order. The standard delivery for every order takes 5-7 working days. 

Please note 

• The order will be only delivered to the ground floor if there is no elevator available. You will be required to arrange your own manpower for carrying the items to the higher floor.
• Our crew may be unable to carry items without causing any damage or risk if the residence has narrow doors, low ceilings & passageways or encounters any other similar inconvenient situations. In such circumstances, the team makes the final decision on whether to deliver the order. 

To track your shipment - Go to the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email to get the status of your delivery. You can also call us on 800 2XL (295) for an update.

Fixing & Installation for Chandeliers

• The installation will be provided by the delivery team.
• Hooks to hang the chandelier must be already fixed by the customer. 2XL Home will not be able to assist with the fixing of the hooks
• The ceiling needs to be made of concrete. The installation cannot be done on a gypsum ceiling.
• The customer must provide scaffolding if the ceiling height exceeds 3 meters.

Cash On Delivery

COD is provided as a payment option for selected orders that may also be eligible for free delivery. 

COD orders are subjected to a service charge of AED 20. (This additional fee is excluding the delivery charges)

Return & Refund Policy

2XL Home accepts returns only before the order is shipped. Under a few of the exceptional cases, however, we will offer a return or refund option after delivery; subject to approval by the 2XL Home management. The packaging, in such cases, should not be open. You should also have the original payment receipt. The refund will be issued in 7-14 working days if you used your Debit/Credit card or 48 working hours if you used your store wallet. 

Replacement/Exchange
Goods can be exchanged/returned under the following conditions

• The item(s) are in original condition.
• The item(s) are presented with the original payment receipt.
• The item(s) are returned unused within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refund or exchanges will not be accepted for the following products:

• Cut fabrics
• All perfume items
• Custom-made orders
• Used goods or items that are accidentally damaged by the shopper.
• Bed linens, mattresses, and pillows that are removed from their original packaging.
• Items tagged as "Best Price" or sold "As is".
• Furniture delivered and assembled in good condition

Note 1: Defective goods can only be refunded or exchanged when a repair is impossible.

Note 2: If the packaging of the item delivered is found to be defective or damaged, 2XL reserves the right to assess its condition and repair, return or exchange the item.

Note 3: 2XL Home does not return, refund or exchange furniture delivered and assembled that are in a good condition. Accessories can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of invoice.

Note 4: Returns will not be accepted for delivered furniture. The exchange will be subject to approval by 2XL Home management.

Tabby Payment Round up Rule

At the time of final checkout the total order amount will be rounded up to the nearest value.

For Example:

• If the order value is 599.50 AED or above, the total amount will be rounded to 600 AED which is its nearest value.
• If the order value is 599.49 AED or below, the total amount will be rounded to 599 AED which is its nearest value.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may make available promotional offers on the 2XL Home website and in such cases, specific terms and conditions will apply. Such offers may be time-limited and orders may not qualify if they have not been fully processed by you within the specified time frame. Promotions where you are eligible to get a free item (example - buy one get one free), only apply to qualifying items displaying the offer message on their product information pages, and unless the promotions indicate otherwise, apply to the lowest-priced qualifying product. Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers and voucher codes unless otherwise specifically stated. 2XL Home reserves the right to amend or terminate a promotion at any time without notice.

 

Promotion Codes

Promotion Codes cannot be transferred, and no cash alternative will be provided. Promotion Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers or discounts and must be redeemed before the expiry date. 2XL Home reserves the right to amend or terminate a promotion at any time and without notice.

 

First Order Discount

First-order discount codes are only applicable to a customer’s first full-price purchase on the 2XL Home website. This code can be only used once per person and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts.

 

Buy 1 Get 1 Free / Buy 2 Get 1 Free / Buy 3 Get 1 Free:

• The lowest-priced item will be free.
• In the event, any of the items within the buy and get free offer are returned, you must also return any free items received.
• Buy 1 Get 1 Free – promotion is applied once 2 relevant products have been added to the cart – the lowest-priced item will be free.
• Buy 2 Get 1 Free – promotion is applied once 3 relevant products have been added to the cart – the lowest-priced item will be free.
• Buy 3 Get 1 Free – promotion is applied once 4 relevant products have been added to the cart – the lowest-priced item will be free.

 

Items With Discount Already Applied:

• Items with a discount applied will be marked with a label that displays the discounted price and percentage.
• Promotion codes cannot be added to already discounted products.

 

Extra 5% Off on Second Purchase:

• Extra 5% off on selected items.
• Customer must be registered and logged in to avail this offer.
• This offer is valid only on the second purchase.
• This offer can be availed only once per user.
