Prices

- The prices listed on our website do not include delivery or assembly fees. We will add the delivery and assembly fees to the total cost of your order at the checkout stage.
- Delivery fees will be calculated according to your location, measurements, weight, size, nature, and your product's value. For more information concerning delivery fees, please refer to our shipping information.
Payment
- When you purchase from 2XL Home, you may pay using a debit/credit card.
- The cash On Delivery service is not currently unavailable.
- The installment service is not currently unavailable.
Product Availability
Although we constantly check the accuracy of our stock on the 2XL Home website and its compatibility with the physical inventory in our warehouse, there is a chance of errors occurring. If we discover any stock error with any product you ordered, we shall inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery & Assembly
- Please ensure that electricity & A/C are available and in working condtion before delivery.
- No accessories (e.g. mirrors, wall shelves, picture frames, Curtain rods) will be fixed to the wall.
- Due to stability and safety issues, wall cabinets can only be mounted on concrete walls.
- Electrical installation is not included.
- The customer should request to reschedule the delivery & assembly 48 hrs prior to the delivery date. And it will be rescheduled for the next available slot.
- Fixing & Installation for Chandeliers; The delivery team will provide the installation. However, the hooks to hang the chandelier must already be fixed by the customer.
- The ceiling needs to be made of concrete. The installation cannot be done on a gypsum ceiling.
- The customer must provide scaffolding if the ceiling height exceeds 3 meters.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Oman.

- From time to time, we may make available promotional offers on the 2XL Home website and in such cases, specific terms and conditions will apply.
