2XL Home Oman provides a seamless return and refund offer if you’re not entirely satisfied with the purchased products.
To make it a more hassle-free and comfortable experience, we highly recommend all our shoppers check the purchased items at the time of delivery or when collected from the warehouse to ensure there are no defects.
The Refund, Repair and Return Policy of 2XL Home applies when you make an online purchase from www.2xlhome.com/om/.
- The returned items will undergo Quality Control checking.
- In case we find any damage or misuse of the items, the return and refund will be denied.
- Customers can initiate a return request if items delivered were damaged, or incorrect within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Not applicable for items collected by the customer.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The refund will be processed only as a Store Credit to your E-Wallet.
- The items must be unopened and in their original packaging when returned.
- Not applicable for furniture items.
- Cut fabrics
- All perfume & diffuser items
- Custom-made orders
- Used goods or items that are accidentally damaged by the shopper
- Bed linens, mattresses, and pillows that are removed from their original packaging
- Items tagged as "Best Price" or sold "As is".
- Furniture that is delivered and assembled in good condition

- Pick up: 2XL Home will arrange to have the items returned to the warehouse for quality control checking.
Note: Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer must also provide the delivery order number or any other acceptable form of proof of purchase at the time of pick up.

Despite the effort taken by the team to provide accurate product descriptions such as size, weight, colour and design, the features may vary from what is displayed/mentioned on our website.
At any time, 2XL Home reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange and we may ask for picture identification.
2XL Home will pick up the items from the customer’s house within 5-7 working days from the date of request.
Once the refund gets approved, 2XL Home will process the amount to the customer’s E-wallet or bank account within 2 working days.
Note: The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s account depending on the bank’s processing period. Customers are requested to reach out to their bank directly to get an update once the transaction is completed by 2XL Home.
