We gather your e-mail address at the time of registration. 2XL Home updated you through e-mails on new product offerings, discounts, special offers, reminders, invites, company news, other notifications, and service information.
However, you can unsubscribe, if you are not interested in receiving these e-mails from us. You can visit the "My Account" section and click on Unsubscribe. Once unsubscribed, you will not receive any promotional and company-related e-mails. You will, however, continue to receive transaction-based e-mails from us when an item is purchased.
2XL Home takes utmost care not to spam its customers' email inboxes. Some of them may, however, hit your spam/junk mail folder. If you don't want to get spam from us, you need to add customersupport@2xlme.com to your safe sender list.
Registration And Account
No, it is not mandatory to register for browsing and adding your chosen products to your wishlist. Registration is mandatory for the transaction process.

You can set up your 2XL Home account from the "Login" page. Click “Create Account”, fill in the required details and hit submit.

- Click "Login with Facebook" or "Login with Google+”.
- Click "OK" on the permissions dialogue box appearing on your Facebook and Google+ profile page.
Note: 2XL Home uses your Facebook or Google+ details to create your 2XL Home account.
Benefits Of RegistrationAs a registered user, you can edit your account information and address book (if required), review your order(s) detail, check your store credit balance and proceed to checkout for a fast and seamless shopping experience.

Your registration does not expire. However, we will deactivate or suspend your account, if it is inactive for a long time. If you wish to reactivate your account, you may contact our customer service representative on 800 2XL (295) or send an email to customersupport@2xlme.com. Note - 2XL Home reactivates your account after e-mail verification.
Retrieve your password through the "Forgot Password" option. Once you enter the e-mail address registered with us, we will send you an email with password reset instructions helping you to recover your account access.
Can I edit my personal account information and address book? Yes, you can edit your account information and addresses by going to the "My Account" section and making the necessary changes.
Payment
2XL Home enables you to pay through major credit and debit cards that are issued by an authorized bank.
2XL Home does not collect or save your credit/debit card information when making a transaction online. Your financial information is gathered directly on your respective bank’s payment gateway. If you feel that your credit/debit card information is being compromised, we advise you to report it to your bank immediately. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
There may be times when your money gets deducted at the time of making a payment for the order but, you receive a “Transaction Failure” message. In such cases, you need to call your bank and request a refund immediately.
Shipping
We currently deliver our products across UAE.
Our customer service representative will get in touch with you if you’re unavailable to receive your order delivery. You will have the option to reschedule the delivery date and time. Following the confirmation from our team, your new delivery slot will be arranged. Note - We operate from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GST).
Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the day you have placed the order with us. We operate from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GST). Our delivery schedule also depends on the product and the time when you place your order. Track your order - 2XL Home gives you the option to “Track Your Order” through to “My Orders” under the "My Account" section. Here, you can track your shipment with your Order Id. Alternatively, you can click on the Order Id in your Order Confirmation email to track your delivery.
We offer free delivery for all orders above AED 500 placed using credit or debit cards. For orders of AED 100 and below, a shipping charge of AED 19 will be applicable & for order from AED 101 to AED 499, a shipping charges of AED 35 will be applicable.
Shipping cost is added to your ordered amount. These charges reflect on the billing page from where you proceed to place an order and checkout.
Discount on the order placed reflects on your billing page. You can check the discount along with shipping charges before placing an order.
Before accepting the delivery, you need to check whether the packaging is damaged and inform us immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery if you accept the damaged package. Visit our Returns & Refund section for more information.
Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse located in Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah. You just need to show the invoice copy sent to your e-mail address registered with us to claim your order
We will store your product free of cost for 30 days from the date of invoice. You need to, however, pay a minimum of 5% storage fee after every 30 days. We will store your item for a maximum of 90 days after which, we will deduct our storage fee and update the remaining amount to your store credit as a balance. For example, if you have paid AED 500 for a product and did not accept the delivery for two months, we will update your store credit balance with AED 475 after subtracting AED 25 as our storage fee.
Disclaimer: Though we are committed to a timely shipment, we reserve the right to delay the product delivery for reasons beyond our control. The delay may occur due to the heavy traffic faced at this point. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Orders, Tracking, And Delivery

- Click on "Save and Deliver".
- Choose the address for delivery, in case you have provided more than one shipping address.

No, you cannot shop with us without online registration.
You can track your order through "My Orders" in the "My Account" section.
2XL Home only delivers to the address specified in your order. If you want the order to be delivered to different addresses, please ensure to enter the name of the specified location when placing the order with us. You can add a new address in the “Address Book” section under “My Account.”
You have the option to modify the delivery address before we ship your order. You need to call our customer service representative on Toll-Free Number 800 2XL (295) or send an e-mail to customersupport@2xlme.com to the changes updated.

You need to ensure that the receiving area for the order assembly is clutter-free and ready to accommodate new furniture. Our delivery crew holds no responsibility for shifting or disassembling your old furniture or home decor. We are not responsible for any problems related to lifts, doorways or other issues encountered at your place or building.
Note:- The order will be only delivered to the ground floor if there is no elevator available. You will be required to arrange your own manpower for carrying the items to the higher floor.
- Our crew may be unable to carry items without causing any damage or risk if the residence has narrow doors, low ceilings & passageways or encounters any other similar inconvenient situations. In such circumstances, the team makes the final decision on whether to deliver the order.
We deliver only within our mentioned city limits in UAE.
Once the order is placed, we will reach out to confirm a date and time as suggested by our delivery team. You will have the option to reschedule if you're unavailable and fix a new slot based on your convenience and the final update given by our team.

Cancellation
At 2XL Home, we do not display products that are out of stock. We ensure that the items shown are available at all times. In case a product goes out of stock, you will not find it on our website. If you are notified that an item is out of stock after placing an order with us, the amount spent will be reversed back as store credit for you to purchase later.
No, you order as many products that you wish to buy.
Cancellation of orders is possible only before shipment. For exceptional cases, however, we can consider order cancellation after delivery. Cancellation post-delivery is subject to the management’s approval.
Yes, you can change the shipping address of the order before it is dispatched for delivery.
If you want to cancel an order, ensure that you do so before the order is shipped. In case of cancellation, call our Customer Service Representative at Toll-Free Number 800 2XL (295). You are also required to send an email to customersupport@2xlme.com through your email id registered with us. Note - We operate from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM (GST).
Rarely, the products that you order may go out of stock. In such situations, we cancel the order placed and issue a refund back to your account or store credit depending on the original mode of payment. The refund will take approximately 7-14 working days to reach your account and 48 working hours for your store wallet.

Returns/Refund/Exchange
Return/Refund
2XL Home accepts returns only before the order is shipped. Under a few of the exceptional cases, however, we will offer a return or refund option after delivery; subject to approval by the 2XL Home management. The packaging, in such cases, should not be open. You should also have the original payment receipt. The refund will be issued in 7-14 working days if you used your Debit/Credit card or 48 working hours if you used your store wallet.
Replacement/Exchange
Goods can be exchanged/returned under the following conditions
- The item(s) are in original condition.
- The item(s) are presented with original payment receipt.
- The item(s) are returned unused within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refund or exchanges will not be accepted for following products:
- Cut fabrics
- All perfume items
- Custom-made orders
- Used goods or items that are accidentally damaged by the shopper.
- Bed linens, mattresses, and pillows that are removed from their original packaging.
- Items tagged as "Best Price" or sold "As is".
- Furniture delivered and assembled in good condition
Note 1: Defective goods can only be refunded or exchanged when a repair is impossible.
Note 2: If packaging of the item delivered is found to be defective or damaged, 2XL reserves the right to assess its condition and repair, return or exchange the item.
Note 3: 2XL Home does not return, refund or exchange furniture delivered and assembled that are in a good condition. Accessories can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Note 4: Returns will not be accepted for delivered furniture. Exchange will be subject to approval by 2XL Home management.

No, you cannot return or exchange a product by courier. You may alternatively call and send an email to our Customer Service Representative for raising a return request.
You can send us your request to pick up the returned product within 14 days from the date of invoice. You need to call and email our Customer Service Representative. We will book a pick up based on our delivery team’s availability and post-approval from the management.

Yes, 2XL Home gives you the option to book a return online under the "My Account" section. Select “Returns,” choose the product you wish to return, check your shipping address, the reason for return and finally choose an action and press return.
No, we do not accept the return of the items for the ones where the packaging has been discarded.
We pick up the products to be returned depending on our delivery team’s schedule and also when approved by the management.

Depending on the terms and conditions of the offer, you may be able to return part of your promotional purchase, where you received a discount on the total order. The refund will be given after the discount and will reflect on your e-wallet as a store credit balance.
You can return part of an order that you paid for using your store credit balance. The amount paid for the returned item will be refunded to your e-wallet as a store credit balance.

You may return the product directly to our delivery partner, only if the Management approves of it. In such cases, there will be an additional shipping charge of AED 500 which will be charged the next time when we deliver the product to you.

Our online prices are usually the same as our in-store prices. However, we do occasionally run exclusively online and in-store promotions that may result in price differences.

Tabby’s instalment option allows you to spread the cost of your order over several months. You only have to pay 25% at the time of order placement. The remaining 75% can be repaid in 3 equal monthly instalments of 25% each. You can manage your orders by logging into your Tabby account.

Yes, there is a minimum and maximum you can spend on a single purchase with Tabby. This will depend on what Tabby payment you choose.

Your payment may have failed because:
- You haven’t paid for previous orders that you made using Tabby. You need to clear at least one pending payment to place new orders with Tabby.
- You have an overdue payment with Tabby. This means you may be blocked from using Tabby until the overdue payment is cleared. You can continue to use Tabby after you make your payment.
- Your basket value exceeds the maximum limit of AED 5,000 (for pay in installments).
- You request may have been declined because of Tabby’s risk policy or Terms and Conditions.
You will be given reminders prior to the due date, including 24 hours prior to collecting any instalment. You have the option to change the payment method if required, from the Tabby account.
Pay in instalments - You need to pay only 25% at the time of purchase. The remaining 75% can be paid in 3 monthly instalments.
Tabby will automatically charge the card entered by you during their purchase, when the instalments are due. You can change the card to be charged from the tabby account here.

Once the cancellation of your order is confirmed by our team, we will initiate a full refund back to the source account. You will receive the amount within 14 business days + future instalments will be waived off.
In case of a partial refund, the difference will be adjusted on the customer’s remaining instalment Plan.
- If the refund amount is less than 75%, the first 25% down payment is not affected. To reflect refund, the customer’s future monthly instalments will decrease in equal amounts.
- If the refund amount is more than 75%, the first 25% down payment is also affected. To reflect refund, the customer’s future instalments will be waived off AND the remaining amount will be refunded (from the down payment they had made) back to their source account.
If the order is cancelled, whatever instalment that the customer paid will be automatically refunded to the customer’s card.
No. Unfortunately, it cannot be changed at a later stage. If the customer is facing any financial trouble, please reach out via email to help@tabby.ai in order to assist with this matter.
Please get in touch with Tabby if you haven’t received your order yet. They will adjust your account to ensure that you won’t need to make a payment until the issue is sorted.
