How It Works:

•  Shop for any furniture and accessories at 2XL Home stores or online at 2xlhome.com and save an extra  15% on top of discounts ranging from 25% to 75% Off. Exchange your old or damaged furniture and enjoy  free removal of the old furniture
•  In order to claim an exchange, customers can either visit any of our stores or reach out to our customer  service team at 800 2XL (295)
• The minimum order value to claim the exchange offer for both in-store and online orders is AED 2500. To  claim, the customer must provide details and supporting photos of the damaged items
• Our team will fill out a Damaged Items Collection Form and contact the customer to arrange the pickup of  the items from the customer’s address as per the customer's convenience
• Once our team reaches the customer's address for the pickup, the customer will receive a signed copy of  the "Damaged Items Collection Form," which will include details and pictures of all the damaged items,  serving as proof at the time of collection.
• Once the damaged items have arrived at our warehouse and pass the final verification, the customer will  receive a voucher via email within 48 hours as partial compensation, which they may redeem on their next  purchase
• Please note that vouchers issued for online orders can only be redeemed online, and for in-store purchases,  they are redeemable in stores only. The voucher can be redeemed only on the next purchase. Customers may  contact online customer care or store customer care for queries or issues, depending on their mode of  purchase.
