Piet Candy Jar

The Piet Candy Jar takes a different approach to the same idea. Where diamond-cut jars go tall and brilliant, the Piet sits low and wide, a squat drum of crystal-clear glass whose sides are worked in deep vertical column ribs that give it a more architectural, almost art-deco quality. The flat disc lid is plain and clean, and then the amber glass hibiscus flower on top upends all that restraint with a burst of warm, honey-toned colour that makes the whole piece impossible to ignore. At 15 cm wide and 14.3 cm tall, it works beautifully on a dining table, a kitchen counter, or a decorative tray, and is perfectly sized for dates, chocolates, or dried fruits.
