Sophia Cement Pot - 26.5X26.5 CM

Vines and small flowers wrap around this pot in raised relief, carved the way old stone urns once were, before anything came out of a mould by default. Cast in cement with a soft grey finish, it has the weight and worn look of something that belongs in a garden or courtyard, not just a living room. Its rounded body tapers gently toward the base, wide enough at the top to hold a plant or stand on its own as a piece of gentle detail. It works well in a hallway or entryway, somewhere you'd pass by often enough to notice something new in the carving each time.
